Lipar is a scholarly journal publishing papers (double blind peer review process) in the fields of Literature, Language, Art and Culture. Founder and Publisher is University of Kragujevac, Serbia and Co-Founder is Faculty of Philology and Arts. Journal is indexed by databases such as CEEOL - Central and Eastern European Online Library, SCIDAR - A Digital Archive of the University of Kragujevac, Digital Repositorium of National Library in Serbia.

Lipar (M52) is partly funded by the Serbian Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development. Lipar publishes papers on non-regional literatures, languages, arts and cultures (American, British, French, German, Spanish, Russian...), in a number of languages (Serbian, English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, etc.). Lipar is now routinely checking all manuscripts for plagiarism and duplicate publications with software iThenticate. Lipar does not charge fees for publishing articles.
