Lipar (M52) is partly funded by the Serbian Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development. Lipar publishes papers on non-regional literatures, languages, arts and cultures (American, British, French, German, Spanish, Russian...), in a number of languages (Serbian, English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, etc.). Lipar is now routinely checking all manuscripts for plagiarism and duplicate publications with software iThenticate. Lipar does not charge fees for publishing articles.
